## What's Different?

We want to create a new version of an organization that is more democratic, efficient, and fast. It's a win-win for everyone involved: investors get higher returns on their investments, workers get more control over their work, and people can make real, meaningful decisions.

You can vote on both general DAO-related matters and individual matters through our platform. With our system, you are an integral part of the decision-making process and not just an observer.

### Rank-to-Earn

Rank-to-Earn is a new community engagement tool that lets you perform daily and weekly activities to help the DAO. Your work over time accumulates, and once you have earned a sufficient rank, you can access funds in the DAO. The higher your rank, the more privileges you are granted. You can spend your Rank points on a variety of purchases or save them up for an extraordinary privilege like controlling what gets funded in the next round of voting.
